Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rebyte.ai websites, applications, Agent Computers, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current
• You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your account
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
• Organization administrators may manage members, permissions, Agents, connectors, and organization content

The Service

Rebyte provides hosted Agent Computers, task orchestration, model access, connectors, collaboration features, APIs, and related cloud infrastructure. Agents can use tools, access connected services, create or modify files, run code, communicate through configured channels, and take other actions in response to instructions. Some actions may occur automatically or continue after you leave the Service.

Features, models, limits, and availability may vary by plan, region, and configuration. We may improve, add, remove, or modify features over time.

Your Content and Instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant Rebyte a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to carry out your instructions.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content, repositories, data sources, accounts, credentials, and connected services you make available. You are responsible for your instructions, Agent configurations, workspace visibility, and the actions and outputs produced through your account.

AI Models, Connectors, and Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party AI models, software, APIs, data sources, and connectors. Your use of them may be subject to additional terms from their providers. If you supply your own API key, subscription, account, or credential, you authorize Rebyte to use it to perform your instructions and remain responsible for charges and obligations owed to that provider.

AI and automated systems can produce incomplete, incorrect, offensive, or unexpected results. You must review outputs and actions before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, employment, security, or other high-impact decisions. Rebyte does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of an Agent's output or action.

Plans, Credits, and Payment

• Prices, included features, usage rates, and credit terms are shown at purchase or in the Service
• You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, usage, and taxes
• Model, compute, connector, and other usage may be measured and charged separately as displayed in the Service
• Subscriptions renew for the stated period unless canceled before renewal
• You may cancel future renewal through the Service; cancellation does not reverse charges already incurred
• Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable

We may correct billing errors. If payment is overdue or credits are exhausted, we may limit or suspend paid features after providing any notice required by law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights
• Access accounts, systems, networks, or data without authorization
• Create, distribute, or operate malware, destructive code, spam, fraud, or abusive content
• Harass, exploit, impersonate, or endanger another person
• Interfere with the Service, bypass limits or safeguards, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access
• Use credentials, repositories, data, or connected services you are not authorized to use
• Use the Service in a way that creates unreasonable risk or materially degrades the Service for others

You must comply with laws, licenses, provider terms, and organizational policies applicable to your use. We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action to protect the Service and others.

Rebyte Intellectual Property

Rebyte and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other materials, excluding your content. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, capacity, legal requirements, or other circumstances may affect availability. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important content and outputs.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REBYTE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, AGENTS, MODELS, CONNECTORS, OR OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REBYTE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Terms, update the date above, and provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
